What you will do

• Collaborate with design, narrative, art, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality levels.
• Implement and iterate on gameplay spaces using Unreal Engine 5 tools and scripting systems.
• Define and drive gameplay metrics across teams, focusing on player skills, locomotion, and combat.
• Participate in playtests and incorporate feedback to improve pacing, clarity, and player engagement.
• Document tools, pipelines, and content plans in coordination with technical designers.
• Refine and polish assets to ensure alignment with the overall player experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game development experience with a focus on level design, block outs, and grey boxing.
• 1+ AAA game shipped in a level design-focused role.
• Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5 implementation and scripting.
• Strong understanding of gameplay, encounter design, and mission flow.
• Experience with pre-production game design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-disciplinary environments.
