What you will do

• Provide technical direction and monitoring for Quality Control Technicians.
• Develop process studies based on requirements from manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Design and procure specialized inspection equipment.
• Create statistically robust sampling plans for in-house manufactured parts.
• Analyze non-conformance and scrap data to identify and resolve chronic production problems.
• Develop and implement new inspection methods and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing discipline.
• Proficiency in gage design, inspection techniques, and blueprint reading including geometric tolerancing.
• Understanding of statistical techniques and process capability methods.
• Ability to facilitate problem-solving discussions across technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
