What you will do

• Analyze existing VLSI design systems to identify and implement AI-driven productivity improvements.
• Deploy and integrate commercial AI tools and agents into established design workflows.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure high-quality outputs from AI systems.
• Develop intelligent chatbots to provide engineers with quick access to critical information.
• Optimize AI system performance by analyzing KPIs and adjusting parameters in real-time.
• Train end-users on AI-enhanced flows and establish best practices for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML system development and deployment.
• Proficiency in integrating external tools for use with LLM agents and the MCP protocol.
• Proven ability to create pragmatic, schedule-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across a worldwide, multi-time zone team.
• Must be able to work on-site in Fort Collins, CO, 5 days a week.
