Experiential Production Intern

TL;DR

Experiential Production Intern: Supporting the production team in bringing immersive brand experiences to life from concept through on-site execution. Focus on assisting with project timelines, vendor coordination, and logistics for live events and activations.

Location: Must be based in New York and available to work on-site at our offices at least 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of experiential activations, events, and installations.
• Assist in developing production timelines, run-of-shows, and project trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, and Project Management.
• Assist in vendor outreach, communication, and budget tracking.
• Provide on-site support during installs, live events, and breakdowns.
• Manage logistics including shipping, inventory, and asset organization.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a University or Master’s program.
• Must be available for a minimum of 2 days per week to work on-site in New York.
• Must be available from September 16th to December 16th, 2026.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Production, Event Management, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
