What you will do

• Design and maintain custom report layouts including invoices, proposals, and work tickets using Web Report Designer.
• Create calculated fields to support dynamic content, conditional formatting, and custom data integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve layout issues reported by clients in coordination with QA and development teams.
• Guide clients and internal staff on layout design best practices and effective data field usage.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain clear communication with management regarding project status.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with HTML/CSS and 1+ years of experience in a Technical Support role.
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information.
• Must be available to work Thursday–Monday, 3 PM – 12 AM (Armenia time).

Nice to have

• Experience with Aspire or FieldRoutes platforms.
• Familiarity with Dev Express and C#.
• Proficiency in SQL.
