Location: Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland. Role requires up to 60% travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, including hands-on coding and system configuration.
• Architect and deploy intelligent agents and automated workflows using the Agentforce platform.
• Own the data lifecycle, including strategic modeling, processing pipelines, and secure integration.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during solution delivery, from data integration to model orchestration.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic clients, translating business needs into actionable technical designs.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce engineering best practices across all deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on, end-to-end delivery of scalable production solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
• Extensive experience with AI/LLM technologies, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and agentic frameworks.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and enterprise data platforms (e.g., hirify.global Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Significant direct experience with the hirify.global platform, including advanced configuration and development.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites.

• Experience developing conversational AI in highly regulated industries.
