What you will do

• Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation and reliability.
• Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, including performance tuning and production scaling.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS and on-prem platforms.
• Evolve the observability ecosystem using Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
• Develop automation scripts to improve environment management and system stability.
• Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services in production environments.
• Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Deep practical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid background in Linux and Windows system administration and networking fundamentals.
