Location: Remote, must be based in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, or Romania

What you will do
- Design new quiz funnels, landing pages, paywalls, and checkout experiences to drive user acquisition.
- Translate growth hypotheses into conversion-focused design experiments in collaboration with Product Growth Managers.
- Optimize existing funnels using performance data, user insights, and behavioral design principles.
- Create developer-ready designs in Figma using components, design systems, and clear documentation.
- Iterate on designs based on experiment results to improve conversion rates, checkout completion, and revenue.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing conversion-focused web or mobile funnels, onboarding flows, and landing pages.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and variables.
- Deep understanding of behavioral design, persuasion principles, and friction reduction.
- Ability to analyze commercial metrics such as ARPU, CAC, and LTV to inform design decisions.
- Must be based in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, or Romania.
Nice to have
- Experience designing subscription funnels or D2C acquisition experiences.
- Familiarity with UX research and analytics tools such as Maze, Optimizely, or Google Analytics.
- Skills in interface animation, micro-interactions, or motion design.
- Strong content design or UX writing instincts for quiz narratives and value propositions.
