What you will do

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, including restocking, auditing, and reconciling merchandise.
• Lead and mentor the guest services team to ensure exceptional hospitality standards.
• Handle customer purchases, returns, and resolve guest complaints or disputes.
• Monitor store security and prevent losses due to theft or damage.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and operating statements to support financial goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in guest services or retail management, OR a 2-year degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial operating statements.
• Proficiency in inventory systems and cash handling procedures.
• Must be available to work onsite at the Bvlgari Resort Dubai.
