What you will do

• Oversee villa butler operations and provide on-the-job training to staff.
• Maintain constant communication between butlers and other resort departments.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest villas, corridors, and back-of-house areas.
• Coordinate extremely personalized service delivery for every guest.
• Assist management in evaluating, motivating, and coaching team members.
• Anticipate guest service needs and address concerns with professional etiquette.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in hospitality.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 10 pounds.
• Professional appearance and clear communication skills.
