What you will do
- Calculate and maintain service pricing models across the EMEA region.
- Coordinate spare parts management and procurement to ensure smooth service operations.
- Prepare and monitor service quotations in close collaboration with Customer Success Managers and customers.
- Manage service contract administration, including amendments and renewals, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Maintain customer, service, and contract master data within CRM/ERP systems to safeguard data quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Procurement teams to support seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in service administration or similar operational functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must reside in the Greater Lisbon area.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented approach, and an autonomous working style.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German or additional European languages.
