What you will do

• Administer the full Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Optimize licensing for cost-efficiency and enforce security and compliance policies.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex M365-related technical issues.
• Perform system health checks, capacity planning, and service upgrades.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated O365 or equivalent IT role.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
