What you will do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of full-stack engineers, QA, and BA contributors.
- Own technical architecture and decision-making for Python microservices and React-based web applications.
- Oversee integration of backend services with real-time voice pipelines and third-party CRM platforms.
- Ensure platform compliance with multi-tenant SaaS patterns and regulatory requirements.
- Manage CI/CD pipeline health, containerized deployments on AWS, and release processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with React and frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, CloudWatch, S3).
- Proven ability to lead engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical alignment.
- English: B2+ proficiency required for communication with stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time voice systems (SIP, WebRTC, LiveKit).
- Exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms.
- Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
