What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend microservices.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for authentication, RBAC, and third-party services.
• Contribute to real-time voice pipeline integrations using SIP, WebRTC, and LiveKit.
• Develop integrations with external systems like CRM and calendar platforms.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS using ECS, CloudWatch, and S3.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with AI, frontend, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and microservices architecture.
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, CloudWatch, S3).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows.
• English: B2+ required for technical documentation and cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time voice or telephony systems (SIP, WebRTC, LiveKit).
• Exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms.
• Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
