Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal demo environment support tickets.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for global employees and partners.
- Analyze recurring failures and collaborate with local R&D to implement long-term fixes.
- Translate field-reported bugs into actionable technical specifications for developers.
- Work with the QA team to integrate, stage, and test new demo builds.
- Automate routine environment health checks to ensure stability for live presentations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Demo Engineering, Tier 3 Support, or QA Engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with web technologies including APIs and jQuery.
- Fluent Hebrew required for collaboration with the local R&D office.
- Excellent English (written and verbal) for supporting global teams.
- Must be able to work from the Tel Aviv office 2 days a week during standard local hours.
- Ability to accommodate occasional evening/early morning on-call needs for critical events.

- Experience building complex content.
- Deep understanding of the product backend.
- Familiarity with QA testing frameworks.
- Background in managing environments for B2B SaaS products.
