What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers through software design, implementation, and debugging phases.
• Investigate and analyze complex system-level issues to ensure product stability.
• Participate in technical reviews, including requirements, development design, and field reports.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for core storage products.
• Configure and maintain long-running hardware and software test environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Lead.
• At least 5 years of experience in testing complex, distributed software systems.
• Strong Linux knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments and Virtualization technologies (VMware/KVM).
• Solid understanding of Storage architectures (SAN and NAS).
