What you will do

• Establish and lead the new Network Optimization function, reporting to the CTO Networks.
• Define and implement monitoring strategies, performance frameworks, and operational processes to proactively identify service degradation.
• Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and major outages across core network domains.
• Own and govern the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process to drive long-term corrective actions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a dedicated team focused on network performance and operational readiness.
• Oversee the deployment and operational acceptance of new core network elements and software upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in mobile core network design, optimization, or operations.
• Strong expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G architectures, including IMS, VoLTE, and VoWiFi.
• Hands-on experience with telecom protocols such as SIGTRAN, Diameter, SCTP, GTP, MAP, CAMEL, and SIP.
• Proven experience with MVNO architectures, roaming environments, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
