What you will do

• Monitor payment providers, banking channels, and alternative payment methods on a daily basis.
• Track deposit and withdrawal performance and monitor transaction success rates to identify issues.
• Support the onboarding and implementation of new PSPs, banks, and payment methods.
• Investigate payment-related incidents and coordinate resolutions with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on payment volumes, provider performance, and operational metrics.
• Support testing of new PSP integrations and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in payments, operations, banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Understanding of payment processing and settlement flows.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience within CFD, FX, fintech, or online trading environments is advantageous.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
