What you will do

• Evolve brand and communication strategies based on business priorities and market dynamics.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between marketing, campaign teams, and commercial functions.
• Define and monitor brand performance frameworks and reporting.
• Develop compelling communication concepts and customer journeys across brand messaging and programs.
• Steer external PR agencies and define strategic direction for consumer PR in the DACH region.
• Support vendor marketing planning and contribute to the Vendor Marketing Catalogue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand, communication, or creative strategy roles.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into effective communication concepts and briefs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a connector mindset.
• Experience using insights, research, and performance data to inform creative concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to structure complex workflows and milestones in multi-market environments.
