Location: Remote within Poland
Salary: Employment contract 6,800 - 9,800 PLN gross | B2B up to 11,800 PLN net

What you will do
- Develop and own end-to-end SEO strategies, including audits and link building for luxury hotel clients.
- Conduct technical, content, and local SEO audits to create prioritized action roadmaps.
- Manage content in collaboration with copywriters and execute link-building campaigns.
- Act as the primary SEO voice for clients, presenting results and driving initiatives.
- Coordinate with Web Dev and Paid Campaigns teams on site migrations and cross-functional projects.
- Explore and implement AI tools to automate SEO workflows and improve team processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally from an agency or media house.
- Proficiency with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, and Surfer SEO.
- Proven track record of running successful link-building campaigns.
- Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals and how HTML/CSS affects indexing.
- Language proficiency: C2 Polish and B2+ English.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with international markets (UK, Nordics, CEE, South Africa).
- Spanish, Czech, or Slovak language skills.
- Experience utilizing AI tools in SEO workflows.
- Advanced analytics experience.
