What you will do

• Create polished, print-ready proofs incorporating customer requests, text, and photos.
• Ensure typographic legibility, consistency, and high photo quality for all deliverables.
• Recolor and edit images based on specific customer requirements.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on fellow designers' work before sending proofs to customers.
• Collaborate directly with customers via email or screen-share to modify and finalize designs.
• Uphold service-level standards by meeting quality, productivity, and response-time expectations.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the specified US states (AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in freelance design and direct client interaction.
• Strong proficiency in executing principles of typography and print design.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Availability to work one weekend day per week is required.

Nice to have

• Fine art skills such as watercolor painting, illustration, calligraphy, or hand-lettering.
• Proficient knowledge of wedding etiquette.
