What you will do

• Design and execute deployment strategies across customer environments, including VPC configuration and infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle for critical customers, covering initial deployment, upgrades, and scaling.
• Develop deployment runbooks, upgrade procedures, and automation tooling to ensure reliability and repeatability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the platform is deployable across various customer requirements.
• Navigate infrastructure constraints and compliance requirements with customers' platform and security teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate customer needs into concrete deployment plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering, specifically in customer-facing deployment roles.
• Deep expertise with AWS, Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud networking (VPC, IAM, DNS).
• Proven track record of managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments and navigating security reviews.
• Ability to communicate complex infrastructure plans to enterprise stakeholders, including CISOs.
• Strong operational focus on monitoring, rollbacks, and failure modes.
• Location: Must be based in London for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Go services, GraphQL APIs, or LLM infrastructure in production.
• Previous experience at an early-stage company building deployment operations and tooling.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and infrastructure self-service tooling.
