TL;DR

Support Engineer (SaaS): Identifying and solving intricate technical challenges for customers and internal teams with an accent on API integrations and codebase troubleshooting. Focus on managing the full project lifecycle for technical initiatives, debugging complex developer inquiries, and optimizing internal support tooling.

Location: On-site in Austin, TX. Working hours are Monday - Friday starting at 11AM CDT. Office attendance required 4x per week (Monday-Thursday).

Salary: $94,000 – $102,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own and drive the full project lifecycle for technical initiatives, from scoping to stakeholder delivery.
  • Act as the primary expert for developer APIs, maintaining documentation and handling technical escalations.
  • Triage and debug complex developer inquiries and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and resolve platform stability issues.
  • Optimize internal tooling using platforms such as Salesforce, Retool, and Zapier.
  • Provide technical leadership during high-severity P0 incidents.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin, TX for on-site work.
  • 2-3 years of full-stack software development experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
  • 3-4 years of API-specific experience with HTTPS requests and Webhooks.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, including complex queries and data manipulation.
  • 5+ years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to independently scope and execute technical projects.
