What you will do

• Guide school IT teams through platform onboarding and SSO configuration across Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Own the district engagement lifecycle, from strategy and prospecting to onboarding and impact measurement.
• Foster relationships with Thai education stakeholders, including system administrators and curriculum leaders.
• Act as a Canva for Education ambassador, guiding teachers and educators in using the platform effectively.
• Analyze adoption metrics and usage trends to identify new engagement strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance K-12 offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Experience with the Thai Education Market and classroom efficiency solutions.
• Expertise in customer success, focusing on retention and engagement at a school system level.
• Deep understanding of technology rollout and SSO configuration through identity providers.
• Strong communication and business planning skills to move from planning to high-impact implementation.
• Experience in community management and social media tactics for educating audiences.
