What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings with recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs in a timely manner.
• Manage candidate travel arrangements, including hotel and airline bookings.
• Maintain data integrity within recruiting systems regarding open roles and candidate communications.
• Conduct hiring efficiency analysis and provide insights to the recruitment team.
• Handle advanced administrative duties and logistics using independent judgment.
• Influence the adoption of best practices and tools related to recruiting coordination.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney and available for a hybrid work model.
• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or HR Coordinator.
• English: Upper-intermediate to fluent proficiency (B2+) for real-time conversations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience using HR systems and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
