What you will do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings with recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs in a timely manner.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements, including hotel and airline bookings.
- Maintain data integrity within recruiting systems regarding open roles and candidate communications.
- Conduct hiring efficiency analysis and provide insights to the recruitment team.
- Handle advanced administrative duties and logistics using independent judgment.
- Influence the adoption of best practices and tools related to recruiting coordination.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney and available for a hybrid work model.
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or HR Coordinator.
- English: Upper-intermediate to fluent proficiency (B2+) for real-time conversations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience using HR systems and tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
