What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM and Corporate roles across the APAC region.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Contribute to the design of talent operations, including processes, programs, and tooling.
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Execute structured, data-informed hiring processes to maintain high quality and pace.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth environments, startups, or VC-backed companies.
  • Proven track record of hiring non-technical talent across various seniority levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including fluency in OTE structures and quota attainment.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
