Senior Talent Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across APAC, primarily for go-to-market and selected Corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future commercial hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, speed, and consistency.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition processes, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial conversation through offer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a high-growth company, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed business.
• Meaningful experience hiring non-technical and high-performing talent across relevant seniority levels.
• Commercial understanding of OTE structures, quota attainment, and the impact of hiring on revenue growth.
• Experience shaping hiring strategy and team build-out with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches while maintaining quality and pace.
• Comfort with ambiguity, direct communication, influencing stakeholders, and making decisions.
