What you will do

• Own the macOS endpoint baseline, including imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning procedures.
• Manage Apple Business Manager and JAMF Pro enrollment for enterprise devices.
• Implement and maintain FileVault recovery key escrow and macOS Unified Logs.
• Validate EDR and logging agent deployments to ensure system security.
• Develop and maintain macOS-specific runbooks and documentation.
• Ensure VDI and remote access compatibility while managing patching and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience with JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Proven expertise in enterprise macOS management and security baselines.
• Proficiency in macOS patching, compliance reporting, and EDR agent deployment.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
