What you will do

• Conduct general research on talent, entertainment industry trends, competitors, brands, and territories.
• Prepare, format, and proof pitch presentations and PowerPoint decks for client meetings.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and updating asset trackers.
• Maintain account finances, including budgets, expenses, invoices, and revenue trackers.
• Analyze data and trends to create monthly dashboards and newsletters.
• Coordinate on-site event support and liaise with brand clients, venues, and promoters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or a similar discipline.
• At least one year of experience in marketing and brand partnerships, preferably in an agency setting.
• Must be based in New York, NY for on-site work.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote, and Photoshop.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in entertainment and pop culture trends.
