What you will do

• Create comprehensive systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, and Interface Control Documents.
• Manage system and derived requirements to ensure compatibility with defined system architectures such as DoDAF and SOA.
• Define methods, processes, and evaluation criteria for verifying systems and subsystems against written requirements.
• Derive lower-level requirements from higher-level ones, ensuring they are complete, correct, and verifiable.
• Prepare timeline analysis diagrams illustrating the flow of time-dependent functions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
• 17 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo.
