What you will do

• Support the development of trade marketing strategies and recommend activities based on analytical backing.
• Efficiently manage the company discount budget to maximize output and protect brand image.
• Define, track, and measure local KPIs to identify business priorities and opportunities.
• Combine data from various sources to publish regular reports on sales, discount mix, and SKU penetration.
• Manage and develop global products and the Panorama Sales Automation Tool.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in the FMCG sector (Business Insights, Category Management, or Sales).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical ability, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of analysis software such as Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
