What you will do
- Analyze game economies and metrics to drive data-informed strategic decisions.
- Develop forecasting models for player behavior, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct financial performance evaluations and cost optimization analyses.
- Monitor key business metrics to assess the effectiveness of products, features, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage configurations within CRM and other operational systems for player segmentation and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize acquisition and monetization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a similar quantitative field.
- 4-5+ years of analytical experience within the social casino or iGaming industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for executing complex data queries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Experience with PowerBI.
- Familiarity with statistical tools such as R or SAS.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
