What you will do

  • Create efficient content workflows using AI and automated tools to deliver scalable systems and templates for creative teams.
  • Collaborate with production and performance teams to test, learn, and optimize new creative approaches.
  • Develop modular, adaptable content driven by audience insights and performance data.
  • Lead the creation of high-profile campaigns across hirify.global's brand portfolio from concept to execution.
  • Design motion graphics and digital content across multiple platforms, formats, and audience touchpoints.
  • Build reusable creative frameworks to improve speed to market and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London (Onsite).
  • Extensive experience within a creative agency, broadcaster, publisher, or in-house creative team.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, craft, and executional excellence in motion design and editing.
  • Proven ability to take complex ideas from initial concept through to final delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, or broadcast environments.
  • Familiarity with AI creative workflows and automation.
  • Experience developing scalable content toolkits and frameworks.
  • Experience creating performance-focused, iterative content based on creative testing.
