What you will do
- Create efficient content workflows using AI and automated tools to deliver scalable systems and templates for creative teams.
- Collaborate with production and performance teams to test, learn, and optimize new creative approaches.
- Develop modular, adaptable content driven by audience insights and performance data.
- Lead the creation of high-profile campaigns across 's brand portfolio from concept to execution.
- Design motion graphics and digital content across multiple platforms, formats, and audience touchpoints.
- Build reusable creative frameworks to improve speed to market and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in London (Onsite).
- Extensive experience within a creative agency, broadcaster, publisher, or in-house creative team.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, craft, and executional excellence in motion design and editing.
- Proven ability to take complex ideas from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, or broadcast environments.
- Familiarity with AI creative workflows and automation.
- Experience developing scalable content toolkits and frameworks.
- Experience creating performance-focused, iterative content based on creative testing.
