TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Create 3D motion content in Blender, focusing on character animation, modeling, scene building, and texturing.
  • Develop 2D motion design using After Effects for social-first formats and paid media.
  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and producers to execute storyboards.
  • Adapt creative assets across various platforms, formats, and audiences.
  • Iterate on work based on feedback to maintain high production standards.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Blender with a clear interest in character animation.
  • Ability to create or adapt 2D motion using After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles: timing, easing, weight, and clarity.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.
  • Portfolio demonstrating technical execution and creative potential.

Nice to have

  • Experience with character rigging.
  • Basic understanding of social formats and digital-first content.
  • Knowledge of other 3D software such as C4D or Maya.
  • Interest in sound design, editing, or storytelling.
