• Design and maintain DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure management to enhance software delivery speed and quality.
• Troubleshoot application performance, deployment issues, and infrastructure stability.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application scalability and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on technically complex projects.
• Solid foundation in software design, distributed systems, and engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in C# .NET and experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong communication skills for working with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Bias toward action, ownership, and a low tolerance for unnecessary complexity.
• Must be based in Toronto to fulfill the hybrid office requirement.
