Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst (PPM/ICT): Supporting the definition, documentation, and execution of test cases for a PPM solution with an accent on knowledge management and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on developing training materials, refining functional specifications, and ensuring seamless user adoption during go-live.

What you will do

• Define, document, and execute test cases for the PPM solution, including system and end-to-end testing.
• Design and maintain a project knowledge repository using MS SharePoint.
• Develop training materials, user guides, manuals, and onboarding packs to support user adoption.
• Provide user support during go-live and assist with change management initiatives.
• Prepare stakeholder communication materials, including Steering Committee presentations.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and Group policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements engineering.
• Proven experience in identifying stakeholder needs and documenting business goals and processes.
• Experience developing functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
• English: C1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP).
• Certification in Agile methodologies.
