What you will do

• Lead the design process from concept development to final product, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and market trends.
• Partner with regional commercial teams to pitch current and prospective partners across EMEA.
• Research and analyze fashion, social, and consumer trends to inform design direction.
• Create inspiration mood boards, style guide directions, and toolkits.
• Translate hirify.global’s style guides, assets, and IP into compelling product concepts.
• Manage the product development and approvals process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in licensing, with strong exposure to Softlines (fast fashion and ladieswear).
• Knowledge of home wear, hardlines, and accessories.
• Degree in Graphic/Product Design or Art related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dublin, Ireland.
