What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives and roadmaps into analytics initiatives.
• Lead the definition and governance of organizational KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Manage complex requirements discovery and drive business process transformation using BPMN.
• Develop conceptual solution designs, including data hierarchies and source-to-target mappings.
• Define dimensional models and analytical data structures to support BI solutions.
• Mentor other Business Analysts and promote best practices in requirements management and solution design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis.
• Expert knowledge of the iGaming industry, including operational metrics and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools, with a strong emphasis on Tableau.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and Kimball methodologies.
• Experience with BPMN notation and business process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Hichert International Business Communication Standard (IBCS).
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, or AAC.
