What you will do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Node.js with the Hono framework.
• Implement and maintain automated test frameworks across web and backend systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Apply performance optimization and secure coding practices.
• Use Claude Code in the development workflow and participate in code reviews, testing, and release planning.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in Russian.
• 3+ years of full-stack development with strong hands-on experience in React and Node.js.
• Comfort working across the entire tech stack and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code or AI-augmented development workflows.
• Experience in fintech/financial systems, data visualization, or trading platforms.
• Exposure to containerization, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
