What you will do

• Drive programs from scoping to launch, building plans, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
• Maintain full ownership of program status, risks, and delivery accountability.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps and cross-functional challenges.
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product management, and commercial stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional ceremonies such as syncs, reviews, and planning.
• Apply agile, scrum, or waterfall frameworks pragmatically to improve team delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech or product-led company.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Solid understanding of software development and QA processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Netanya, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with securities lending, prime brokerage, or related products.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience contributing to or building a PMO function.
