What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new business applications, from initial setup to policy settlement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for producers, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and portal.
- Review and verify the accuracy of application documentation, premium payments, and underwriting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate certificate issuance and delivery requirements.
- Independently resolve producer escalations through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance producer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience servicing US life insurance applications is required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including US/Canadian statutory holidays.
