What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new business applications, from initial setup to policy settlement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for producers, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and portal.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of application documentation, premium payments, and underwriting requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate certificate issuance and delivery requirements.
  • Independently resolve producer escalations through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance producer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience servicing US life insurance applications is required.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including US/Canadian statutory holidays.

  • Industry certifications such as LOMA or NAILBA.
