Legal Counsel (Family Office)

We are looking for an experienced in-house Legal Counsel to support a private family office across a broad range of legal, corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad portfolio within an international, fast-paced family office.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of commercial, corporate, employment, and private agreements and legal documents, including NDAs, contracts with vendors, service providers, consultants, and other third parties.
• Coordinate legal support across corporate, commercial, employment, and private matters.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external law firms and specialist consultants.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies as well as relevant tax authorities.
• Maintain accurate legal records and monitor contractual, regulatory, and corporate deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Law and relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and general legal matters.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• Good knowledge of the Cyprus legal and regulatory environment.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
