What you will do

• Drive the scaling of the Public Affairs function and its foundations in France.
• Formalize legislative intelligence processes, including parliamentary tracking and internal briefing.
• Systematize the meeting lifecycle and stakeholder tracking systems.
• Produce sharp policy notes, position papers, and argumentation briefs on key healthcare topics.
• Build AI tools and workflows to increase the team's operational efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional threads between PA and product, legal, data, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Genuinely passionate about French politics and health policy.
• Deep understanding of how French legislative processes work in practice.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience with hands-on exposure to the French legislative process.
• Excellent writing proficiency in French.
• Educational background from Sciences Po Paris or a strong law school.
• AI-native mindset with a preference for building automated workflows.
