What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor production plans to ensure OTD, FTR, and cost performance.
• Manage the Master Production Schedule, including capacity planning and workload prioritization.
• Perform manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR) and technical reviews (PDR, CDR, certification).
• Ensure strict alignment between engineering specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
• Support supplier qualification, conduct industrial audits, and handle manufacturing non-conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Agile (Green-Belt/Black-Belt) methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineered systems.
• Solid understanding of turbofan architectures, sub-systems, and integration constraints.
• Experience in manufacturing and production, including MPIs, Validation, and Qualification.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 standards and industrial quality systems.
• Engineering degree with a strong background in manufacturing and production.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
