What you will do

• Manage a team of verification engineers of varying seniority and experience levels.
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive verification plans and strategies for complex hardware designs.
• Oversee the maintenance of verification environments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Review test cases to verify design functionality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and firmware engineers to proactively identify and address design flaws.
• Analyze verification results and communicate findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of proven experience in VLSI chip Verification engineering, specifically with high-end SoCs and AI applications.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in verification projects.
• Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Must be based in or able to work from Petah-Tikva, Israel (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience verifying cache systems.
• Experience with AI-specific or NoC performance benchmarks and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of system-level scenario analysis and modelling for high-performance SoCs.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation and data analysis.
