React Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop web and mobile user-facing applications used by over 5 million users worldwide.
• Implement and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize existing code and features for client applications and internal administrative tools.
• Maintain a well-tested codebase with continuous integration and coverage reporting.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows, specifically using Claude and Claude Code, into the daily development cycle.
• Collaborate within small autonomous teams with short release cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with ReactJS.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern ECMAScript specifications.
• Strong experience with Redux for state management.
• Solid understanding of GIT, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria (Sofia or Plovdiv) for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with the React Native framework.
• Knowledge of Sass and Jest for styling and testing.
• Experience with frontend tools such as Babel and Webpack.
• Passion for the Blockchain and FinTech industry.
