What you will do

• Rapidly deliver customer value by identifying performance issues and recommending architectural changes.
• Troubleshoot complex systems to find root causes and implement optimal solutions.
• Create tooling and processes to identify and remediate high-urgency issues.
• Work across the entire codebase and collaborate with various engineering teams.
• Communicate highly technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Moderate to advanced engineering experience suitable for a senior-level role.
• Ability to detect subtle but serious dangers in flawed designs.
• Hunger to learn new languages and tools quickly (e.g., C#, T-SQL, Vertica, React).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Singapore.
