What you will do

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Integrate AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI to accelerate productivity and improve code quality.
• Build and optimize relational, key-value, and time-series databases to ensure efficient queries and schema scalability.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications ready for AI agent implementation.
• Drive development practices centered on test-driven development (TDD) and high automated test coverage.
• Mentor peer developers and review pull requests from both humans and AI agents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Proven expertise in backend architecture, system design, and performance tuning for low-latency systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes, containers, and service meshes.
• Deep knowledge of security best practices (OWASP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English proficiency is required.

• Proficiency in Rust.
• Dutch language skills.
