What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with order status updates and shipping questions.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
- Identify products that best fit customer needs and resolve concerns professionally.
- Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Follow company policies and service standards to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Customer Experience roles.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using email and customer support platforms.
- Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce environments, including online orders, shipping, or returns.
- Proficiency with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting B2B customers or handling high-volume inquiries.
- Experience in retail, consumer products, or event-related industries.
