What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist customers with order status updates and shipping questions.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
  • Identify products that best fit customer needs and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Follow company policies and service standards to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Customer Experience roles.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using email and customer support platforms.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce environments, including online orders, shipping, or returns.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting B2B customers or handling high-volume inquiries.
  • Experience in retail, consumer products, or event-related industries.
