What you will do
- Manage strategic end-to-end relationships with high-impact partners, processors, acquirers, and regulators.
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements, including pricing, SLAs, and liability frameworks.
- Lead complex root-cause investigations and drive cross-functional remediation plans for technical issues.
- Oversee senior-level hypercare and escalation management for high-value merchants during integrations and go-lives.
- Develop partner-level performance strategies to optimize approval rates and reduce operational costs.
- Govern card-scheme and APM mandates to ensure global compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in payments/fintech operations, partner management, or APM ecosystems.
- Expert knowledge of payment flows, APIs, webhooks, routing, disputes, and settlement.
- Proven track record in commercial negotiations and managing complex global partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of scheme rules, mandates, and operational risk.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel; SQL or BI tools preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
