Senior Developer Advocate

Salary: $190,000 - $260,000 USD (annual base)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with founding engineers and technical leadership at startups in the Bay Area, serving as the main point of contact.
• Create technical content (blog posts, tutorials, videos, documentation) and develop code samples, demos, and SDKs.
• Deliver technical talks, webinars, and workshops at developer events.
• Advocate for hirify.global products and technologies, gather developer feedback, and align insights with product and engineering teams.
• Create and manage developer forums/communities and organize meetups and hackathons.
• Use data and analytics to track developer engagement and prepare regular reports on community performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer advocacy, developer relations, or a related technical role.
• Deep technical knowledge and proficiency in relevant technologies.
• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, video creation, and code samples.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
